Prisma Rosé of Pinot Noir comes from 14-year-old vineyards in Casablanca Valley at 1,000 feet of altitude. The fruit is destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks after a 2 hour maceration to just add a slight pink color to the wine. It’s going to be a big hit!
