How do I use FetchMe?

FetchMe is a service that is simple to use on the Web. To order online, visit fetchmealcohol.com and login, then confirm your delivery address, then search for anything you want or choose one of the most popular fetches. You will then be able to see and communicate with your Fetcher and get an update on the status of your Fetch. Via mobile, you follow the same order process.

When can I use FetchMe?

FetchMe is available 9am to 10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year except for Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th, Easter. Scheduled deliveries are between 10:00am -- 10:00am. Specific merchant orders will be available to the extent the merchant is open.

How do I sign up?

On the homepage in the upper right-hand corner is a little button that says Create Account. You can take it from there.

Can I order pickup so I don't have a wait in line?

Unfortunately, no. FetchMe Alcohol is a delivery service and we are only allowed under Alabama law to deliver Alcohol.

Can I share my order with my friends?

Why yes, we can help you! Send a link so your friends can take advantage of the $5 off coupon.

How much does it cost?

In addition to the delivery fee, FetchMe Alcohol has a 10% service fee. All of the fees that you see at checkout go towards ensuring that your quality of care is exceptional, this includes but is not limited to Fetcher compensation and standard operational costs such as bags for our Fetchers or delivery specials. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out and give us a call!

We added a fuel surcharge of 115 cents per delivery to take care of our Fetchers given the increase in gas prices.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Of course. Upon placing an order, we provide you with the ability to see the current status and communicate with the Fetcher, as necessary.

Can I get a refund?

Maybe. There are a few factors that we have to consider before we can issue a refund. Our Concierge Dispatchers and Fetchers do their best to ensure you get the right order on time; we will grant a refund of your delivery cost if you are not satisfied with how we managed your expectations. If a refund is granted, just know that it will take about 5-7 business days, depending on your bank, before any money is back in your account.

Why do I see an authorization charge on my credit card?

When you request a delivery, we may temporarily authorize your credit card for an estimated order total. Once your delivery is complete, we replace the authorization with the final charge from the merchant. This change is typically reflected within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery.

Does FetchMe deliver to university or commercial addresses?

No. Under Alabama law, we are unable to deliver to a residence on higher education grounds.

What should I do if I need to enter my drop-off address?

If you have not placed your order yet, you can enter the address directly from “my account” or edit directly on the Order page. Enter the “address” and press save.

What if I need to change my order or add an item?

Call your Fetcher as soon as you realize you need to change the order. Depending on when the changes are requested, your delivery may take longer than the allotted 1 hour.

Is tip required? Where does that money go?

Tip is not required. 100% goes to your Fetcher for their effort on the delivery. If you would like to leave a tip, you are given the opportunity to add 20%, 30%, or a custom dollar amount. The tip screen is available prior to confirming your delivery is complete.

Can I tip my Fetcher with cash?

Absolutely.

What if my delivery takes longer than 1 hour?

If your delivery takes longer than 1 hour, we will e-mail or call you to follow-up. If it's late due to our own error, we may refund the delivery cost.

Can someone send a gift to me from where they are located?

Yes! Absolutely! Moms and Dads are welcomed on the site. They can request delivery by ordering on FetchMe Web. When you visit fetchmealcohol.com, be sure to remind them to enter the address of where you are located and would like the items to be delivered. This way, they can then get items delivered to you or your friends in under an hour. Please note that someone over the age of 21 must be present to receive the delivery. If, for some reason, the delivery is unsuccessful, our Customer Service Team may contact the recipient to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

What can I have delivered with FetchMe?

If an item is available in an Alcohol or Convenience store in Alabama, we can deliver it.

Who makes the deliveries?

We call our couriers, Fetchers. Fetchers are personally onboarded by our Delivery design team to complete deliveries in your town. When your delivery is accepted, you are immediately introduced to your Fetcher with a photo, details on how many deliveries they have made and their current rating.

How do you decide who accepts my delivery?

Deliveries are immediately assigned to the best possible Fetcher. There is no "waiting" or "bidding" process.

Can I request a specific Fetcher?

You cannot request a specific Fetcher at this time. We will always dispatch the best Fetcher for the job, ensuring your delivery arrives as quickly as possible.

What if I need to contact my Fetcher?

You can call or text your Fetcher at any point during your delivery, directly from the App.

How do you hire your Fetchers?

All Fetchers are thoroughly vetted, including a background check, in-person interview, and test deliveries.

Can I apply to become a Fetcher?

Yes, we would love that! You can submit a Fetcher application here: www.fetchmedelivery.com/drivers

Do I have to be present to accept my delivery?

To order and receive a delivery, you must be at least 21 years old and have a government-issued photo ID verifying your age. Please present your ID to the delivery person when they arrive. Our fetchers will scan your ID or take a picture of it for proof of delivery and proof of age. In some cases, you may be asked to present your credit card for further identification verification. We do this to ensure that your information is not being used without your consent. We will not take any imprints, photographs, or any other information from your credit card. Delivery personnel are unable to leave orders unattended. If no one above the age of 21 is present to receive your delivery, you may be charged a restocking fee equal to the price of the alcohol product.
